Organizational Needs Analysis
By implementing a well designed organizational needs analysis we can help you identify:

As we all know, not all employee and organizational performance shortcomings are a result of insufficeint or untargeted training. Our needs analysis also helps uncover the causes of performance problems, and strives to differentiate between training issues and non-training issues.

Instructional Design and Learning Solutions
We focus on helping you identify and develop your organization's critical core competencies (skills, knowledge, and behaviors), those competencies needed to propel your organziation toward its goals. Then we apply sound instructional design methods to creating the best learning solutions. The approach can be structured, flexible, or have components of each.

  • Structured Approach - Employees complete a specified training curriculum over a certain time period. It can be offered in a variety of formats, as appropriate, including online, classroom, self-guided activities, etc.
  • Flexible Approach - A variety of learning resources and tools are compiled or developed (such as online information sites, manuals, job aids, etc.). They are available to access, as needed, at any time and might include important information about customers, products, company policies, competing companies, etc.

Business & Technical Writing
Sometimes the skilled employees that develop great products are not the best ones to write the training manuals or other supporting materials about these products.
